A tractor tour run by owner Luis costs 15 euros per person and explains regenerative farming, jam making, and fig fire water distillation. Guests can also participate in picking produce from the farm (depending on the day of the week) or hire a bicycle to explore the surrounding hills.

Quinta Do Freixo lies 23 km from Tunes Train Station and 44 km from Faro Airport. Albufeira Old Town Square is a 30-minute drive away, and Vilamoura Marina is roughly 35 km from the property. A paid airport shuttle and airport drop-off service are offered for guest convenience.
